Blobby|||Uhmm I really don't see how this item could be worth more than some gold from charsi, but wait for some other price checks before trashing it! |||No staff mods, toss it.|||Thats what i thought, thanks guys, i just saw the IAS and AR and thought "hmmm..maybe ".

Blobby|||The IAS is nice, but the AR really isn't. The nice AR comes from the fools mod, which also gives a big helping of max damage. But regardless without any staff mods there's no real point to it.
