[EuScL] IAS/ED Jewel 15/28

Hi,

I've found this jewel in act 5 hell.

Realgar Jewel of Fervor

Level reg: 37

15% increased attack speed

28% enhanced damage



Green skin if that matters to anyone..

I know such a jewel is quite useful (even though it is quite far from a perfect 15/40), but I'm wondering how much value it holds in runes on Europe Softcore Ladder.

Regarding the jewel however, there is nothing to be too exited about. The ed is too low, and lvl req is too high. If you get a ist for it, that's a fair trade imo
