Sounds about right. I would think you're best bet is to try to trade it straight up for a Lo or something (I managed to do this a few weeks ago, although im on USEAST so maybe its different), since a Lo is worth far more. You probably won't be able to get a Jah or Ber for it unless they are REALLY desperate.
If you don't want to do this, or can't find a buyer, then 9 ists seems reasonable.
