Any value?|||Ehh, maybe a little. It would really only be a temp item though without str or life. I'm thinking ~mal probably|||im no expert but think i seen these go for 3 ist but cant remember if it was a rare ring with other mods or a magic one sorry also may have been a while ago so weather its value changed or not i couldnot say but im betting yours holds some value

This late in ladder there are a plethora of 10 fcr/@res/str rings around. The price on them isn't that high depending on stats. The magic ones are extremely common at this point--Which really diminishes the value.|||Ok thanks for the help guys, self use i suppose, maybe I'll find someone looking for one who will pay.
