[USWScL] Lvl 50 Rare Belt

24%FHR, 73%ed, 18Str, 23 Life, Lightning Resist 17%, Fire Resist 12% Belt (Lvl 50 Req)

Any idea on this belt? Has the essential 24%FHR that without would make it average...Life is abit low, but has the good resist types...Seems to be 1 lvl too high for MLD...Or do people accept lvl 50s?

Europe opinions welcome as always.|||Im on EUSCL.

This belt seems somehow a bit low on stats to be valueable. Might be tradeable. But not for more then maybe 2 ists?
