[:1]The price guide says that a 35 resist vipermagi is worth about mal, but it says nothing about armor. From my calculations, after being up'd they can vary from 800 to 1034.
My vipermagi is 32//1014.|||despite of defense. It must be 35@, maybe I could go down to 34@ but that also cuts the value 1/3.
Yours are worth the runes for upping it.. not more.|||Yep, you have to consider that Vipermagi is most likely being used by a sorceress, not a hammerdin or Barbarian or anything since they probably need Enigma, and therefore whatever class is using this will likely have low defense anyways. Therefore resistance really is the preferred stat, defense is nice and high defense with 35 res would certainly up the value, but without a 35 or 34 res stat the defense doesn't do much, most people would rather have a low def 35 res one over that. So ya, its probably worth whatever was paid to up it plus maybe a pul or something.
