FRes: 29|||Not bad, missing life which is pretty critical unless you would have gotten a third resist (cold really). It has some trade value, but not a bank breaker because anyone willing to spend a lot on that type of belt, would only ever use this as a temp item. I think a couple Ists (1-2?) probably.
