[USESCL] PC on rare jared's stone

[:1]I don't know anything about these, but was hoping someone could give me an idea of whether this is worth keeping, or if rare sorc weapons are worth keeping at all.

Cruel Song Jared's Stone:

+2 sorceress skills

20% FCR

+2 Cold mastery

+1 frozen orb

+20 Life

half freeze duration

10% chance to cast level 3 nova on striking

+3 to a tree (not + 2 to all)

+ 3 to either lightning/Chain Lightning/Blizzard

+ to Mastery

2 sockets

Really it can't have any wasted stats on it if its gonna stack up to oculus. So sadly yours is not worth anything, sorry|||Thanks for the fast reply
