Whupaz|||Bumb! Any one?|||Cast rate only governs mindblast on an assassin iirc, (traps go off IAS..weird I know), but even still thats:

+2 skills, 16@, 28 Light, +24 Str + 14life on an amulet, easily better than maras (apart from it not increasing BO, but if that really bothered you switch amys prebuff).

Light res is a big one for PvP, vs FOH (does anyone use that anymore? ), Dreamer (You need all you can get to overres the conviction), and of course Light Sorc (again you need all you can get to counteract the facets and griffons).

For PvM light is important for trist runners, as meph is essiantly a lightning caster with conviction.

+24 str obviously translates Vitality unless without the amy you already have enough to equip everything or need less than 24 were some of it becomes wasted, (but this is unlikey), and flat added life is a bonus.

Only real disadvantage vs Maras I can see is that your fire and cold reses suffer (Losing anywhere from 4 to 14 depending on how good a maras you can get :P)

Okay after that long winded explanation telling you what you probably already knew, I think it's tradable imo, not sure how easy it would be to trade as I haven't dealt with many rares this season, or how much.

I also withhold from taking an educated guess as I'm semi-intrested in it if you decide to sell.|||The fcr is important for teleporting. But then, that makes the +str close too useless. Because of Enigma.

The resists are good. With lightning in top, very good!

I would easily pay 10 ists for this one. Not sure actual maxprice you could get for it though.

Peace|||But the nice thing about this even with an enigma, if you do your build geared with this in mind--It allows you to make your nigma in a higher def armor. Coupled with a high stat ani and high stat torch, along with the normal boots with +str (like treks or travs) means AP nigmas, w/o adding str are back on the table!
