The AR is completely useless, the damage to demons helps but not that much since it just stacks with fanaticism and any off weapon + damage (Fort, CoH etc), its really only a stat charm, and maybe it holds some value as that, and could possibly be very useful to some builds, I just don't feel that a Smiter is one of them. Maybe a Bowazon could use it if they don't need another IAS jewel?
Not sure of its worth though.
