%20fcr - SUFFIX - very good, adds value a lot

+36life SUFFIX - very good, adds value (60 is max)

fire res +39 - PREFIX - good resist, 1 from perfect

poison res+21 - PREFIX - not the resist that most care about

posion lenght reduced by 75% - SUFFIX - wasted add - str or dex would have been much better

Your tiara is pretty good, but nothing breathtaking. I value it ~ 15-20ist

Larzuc will puch 1 socket in it. If you want to sell, it's most common to let the buyer socket it. If the buyer values socket quest higher than you, it's always possible to make an agreement that you socket it for the buyer vs a price.
