[EUscL] PC Cruel runic talons of penetration

Need PC on these runic talons. Mods are:

225% ED

Ignore target defence

+3 Mind blast

+2 Blades of ice|||No tradevalue.

There are mainly 4 types of assassins who use claws. The magic claws needs 2 sockets.

1) Trappers, they want high staff mods (+3 LS) along with +2 skills (or +3 traps). Ias will push the value to insane levels and if it has the good staff mods along with ias it will hold great value even though it's +2 traps. Getting down to +1 traps or +1 skills is more or less untradeable.

2) Hybrids, they want high staff mods (+3 LS), ias and ar (the fool's mod). This one is worth a lot in it self. If it's rare with +2 trap or better that will add crazy value. Ed isn't too important, of course more damage is always better, but these assassins tend to rely on trap damage + venom damage.

3) Vemon Ghosts, they want the same as hybrids, but with +3 Vemon instead of +3 LS. Rare with good mods adds much value also.

4) Phys Damage Ghosts, they want high damage! Obviously eth would be better and selfrepair would be even better, ias is good too, but if it's an odd claw it can be bugged on for better speed so it won't need to be a GT like the other ones. Fool's is very good too. LS isn't needed here, instead they search utility skills like WoF, Mind Blast, Fade and of course Venom also etc.

Note: The better staff mods the greater value, but only in case it's a useful staff mod. +3 Venom on #2 claw along with +3 LS would be very sweet.
